The petition stands disposed of in terms of order passed in LPA No. 1178 of 2015 titled as Nagar Council, Samrala vs. Ram Sanjeevan and others, decided on 26.4.2016 read with CWP No. 8344 of 2015 titled as Nagar Council, Mandi Gobindgarh vs. Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Patiala and others decided on 29.7.2016, in respect of respondents No. 6, 10, 30, 36 to 42, 46 to 51. However, with regard to respondents No. 2 to 5, 7 to 9, 11 to 29, 31, 32, 34, 35 and 43 the petition stands disposed of in terms of order passed in CWP No. 8344 of 2015 titled as Nagar Council, Mandi Gobindgarh vs. Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Patiala and others, decided on 29.7.2016.
