For the reasons mentioned therein, the instant application is allowed. The hearing of main petition is preponed and is taken on today's board of this Court, as prayed for.

CWP No. 750 of 2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered with the judgment dated 17.02.2016 (Annexure P-8), rendered in CWP No.20558 of 2015 titled Rina Rani and others Vs. State of Haryana and others, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, whereby the State counsel had given instructions from NARESH KUMAR 2016.04.04 13:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

C.M. No. 3348 of 2016 in/and -2CWP No.750 of 2016 Director, Finance & Accounts, National Health Mission that since the schemes are only till 31.03.2016, all the petitioners, who under the interim orders, are continuing to serve under the aforesaid schemes would be allowed to continue till 31.3.2016 i.e. till the schemes are in existence. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 17.02.2016 (Annexure P-8) passed in CWP No.20558 of 2015 titled Rina Rani and others.
