The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.136, dated 08.03.2022, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal.

The custody certificate dated 17.08.2023 has been filed by learned State counsel. As per the same, the petitioner is behind bars for 04 months and 06 days.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage. 4.
