***** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners argues that the petitioners are entitled for the pension equivalent 50% of the minimum of the pay scale plus grade pay, which was given to the post of Patwari w.e.f. 01.01.2006.

Learned counsel submits that though, the present petition is pending for the last 7 years but there are certain averments, which are missing, which are required for adjudicating the same question of law, hence, the petitioners be given liberty to approach the respondents by filing an appropriate representation giving the reasons as to on what account, the petitioners are entitled for the grant of relief as claimed for in the present petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the petitioners files any representation with the respondents, the same will be SONIKA 2022.07.28 22:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.9574 of 2014(O&M) --2-- considered on merits and appropriate order will be passed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and, in case, after the passing of the order, the petitioners are found entitled for any relief, the same will also be extended to him within a period of 04 weeks thereafter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view above, the instant petition may kindly be disposed off having been not pressed any further.
