**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioners is that they have been appointed as Drawing Teachers/PTI during February 1994 to October 2004 whereas Sh. Anand Pal, PTI Teacher was appointed on 05.10.2004 in the School Education Department, Haryana and their pay has not been rightly fixed with their juniors after 6th pay commission. He has referred to the judgment passed by this Court in CWP11254-2010 Neelam Rani V/s. The State of Haryana and others, decdided on 15.05.2013 (Annexure P-6), CWP-19075-2016 Pardeep Kumar and others V/s. State of Haryana and another, decided on 15.09.2016 (Annexure P-7) and CWP-24943-2018 Suman and others vs. The State of Haryana and others, decided on 28.09.2018 (Annexure P-9) whereby pay of the seniors has been protected at par with the juniors. In this regard, petitioners have given a representation dated 2.08.2018(Annexure P-10), but no action has been taken till date.
