The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing to respondents no.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondent no.4. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with correct prayer.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
