Limited grievance of the petitioners is that during the pendency of the revision petition preferred by them before the Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar, stay of dispossession has not been granted. According to him, only Gram Panchayat is the contesting party. Thus, matter can be decided at the earliest. However, possession of the petitioners may be protected till then. He has referred to orders dated 04.11.2020/19.11.2020 to contend that warrants of possession have been issued.

On the asking of court, Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A. G. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 4. We dispose off the writ petition with the direction that the Commissioner, Hisar Division may decide the revision petition pending before him at the earliest, in any case not later than six weeks. Till then, warrants of possession be kept in abeyance.
