Grievance of petitioner expressed in writ petition is that his name has not been recommended.

It is too late in a day as the advertisement is dated 13.06.2019 but petitioner did not approach the Court on time. Prayer for future recommendation can also not be considered at this stage. He is at liberty to apply at that time and seeks redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.

Writ petition stands dismissed.
