1. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala to look into the matter and to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.60, dated 4.5.2024 registered at Police Station Satnampura, District Kapurthala under Sections 160, 307, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of Arms Act, is got investigated fairly and expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is submitted thereafter at the earliest.
