(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents No.3 and 4 to initiate demarcation proceedings as mentioned in letter dated 10.05.2025 and 10.06.2025 (Annexures P-4 and P-5) respectively.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
