At the outset, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 on instructions from Virender Kumar, Secretary, Market Committee Cheeka, submits that in case petitioners submit a fresh application accompanied by all the requisite documents within ten days from today, their plea shall be considered and a speaking order shall be passed within a week thereof. In view of statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.3-Market Committee Cheeka, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
