Through the instant petition, as cast under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks issuance of direction upon the official respondent(s) concerned, to conduct prompt, proper and fair investigation in case FIR No.193 dated 29.04.2024, under Sections 420/406/506/120-B of the IPC, registered at P.S. Sadar Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar. 2.

However, this Court is not inclined to pass the asked for direction, inasmuch as, the present FIR has been registered only in April 2024 and investigation thereof is yet underway. Consequently, the present petition is a premature motion. Therefore, since no intervention of this Court is warranted at this stage, the instant petition is dismissed.
