RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 02.06.2023, Annexure P-4, passed by respondent No.1, order dated 21.03.2023, Annexure P-2, passed by respondent No.2 as well as order dated 26.10.2022, Annexure P-1, passed by respondent No.3 respectively, being illegal as well as contrary to law.

Counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.
