The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.c. for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to conduct fair investigation in the FIR No.513, dated 24.11.2020, registered under Sections 3(2) (V) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 323, 342, 379-A, 506 and 34 IPC at Police Station Indri, District Karnal. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to avail of alternate remedy, if any, available to him in accordance with law. 3.
