By way of present petition filed u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023, petitioner has prayed for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 & 2 for making thorough inquiry in respect of genuineness of affidavit dated 03.11.2015 (Annexure P-1), made by private respondents by forging signatures of the petitioner, by mentioning that hefty amount of Rs.1.15 Crore, which according to them was given in cash to the petitioner. Besides, certain others prayers have also been made.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies, as are available to him under the law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought and recorded here-above.
