Learned counsel for the petitioner when confronted with the observation that since there exists an arbitration clause in the agreement for adjudication of the dispute arising out of the contract, the petition is not liable to be entertained, finding it difficult to assail the proposition, a request was made to permit withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to invoke the arbitration clause.

Prayer made is allowed.
