***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0128 dated 13.09.2022, registered under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') read with Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014 at Police Station Sultanwind, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 07.08.2023 passed by this court, petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per his instructions from ASI Surjit Singh submits that petitioner has joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of petitioner is required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required and he has already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed. Order dated 07.08.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
