RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.045, dated 18.06.2019, under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC, registered at Police Station Women Cell, District Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail any other remedy as available to the petitioner under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
