Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without making any expression on the merits of case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana Rural, Jagraon to look into the matter and to dispose of the representation dated 25.9.2018 (Annexure P-2), moved by petitioner, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
