Learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 4 & 5 submits that she has sought instructions about the pendency of civil suit. According to her, though the principal amount is `17.00 lacs odd, Corporation has claimed recovery of interest as well from 2001. This court does not intend to delve in the issue any further. Under the circumstances, petition is disposed of with liberty to the Corporation to consider the plea of the petitioner subject to its furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Corporation.
