(ORAL) Instant is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., inter alia, for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 5 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.88 dated 22.02.2023, registered under Sections 279, 304-A IPC at Police Station Sector 27, Sonipat, District Sonipat. 2.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondents No.2 to 5 and not adhering to the allegations made in the above said FIR. It is stated in the petition that police officials have not taken the statement of Parveen Kumar, who is the eyewitness of the accident. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner submitted representation dated 14.03.2023 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Sonipat, in this regard but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition.

Notice of motion.

On advance service of copy of petition, learned State counsel appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana and seeks time to file return.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents.
