During arguments a limited agreement has been entered into between the learned counsel. In the first place it has been agreed that the petitioner had sought some record of the inquiry from the respondent-college. The respondentcollege had agreed that the said record would be made available with the Educational Tribunal tomorrow and the petitioner would be at liberty to inspect the same on 02.05.2015 and 04.05.2015. The second agreement is that no adjournment will be sought on 05.05.2015 and parties will argue the matter.
