Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) The present petition is for quashing transfer order dated 26.09.2018 (P-3) whereby the petitioner has been transferred to Sirsa. Pursuant to direction given by this Court on 01.02.2019, today learned State counsel has supplied a list of employees who are working in Gurugram for more than 02 years.
Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset has referred to Sr.No. 18 i.e Roop Chand who has been working in Gurugram for the last about 09 years and 08 months. This Roop Chand was also transferred vide order dated 10.01.2019 to Rewari but he has again been transferred to Gurugram.
In the written statement filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4, it has been stated earlier vide order dated 22.04.2015, that petitioner was transferred from Bahadurgarh to Faridabad at his own request. Thereafter, he was transferred to Rewari vide order dated 19.08.2015 and further he was Gaurav Arora 2019.03.06 16:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
CWP No. 27010-2018 transferred to Jhajjar vide order dated 04.05.2017. Lastly he was transferred to Gurugram on his own request.
Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is working in Gurugram for about 05 months and Roop Chand is working for the last about 09 years and 08 months, the petitioner can also continue to work in Gurugram, as there is no complaint against the petitioner.
