(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant states that the award having been fully complied with, he does not press the appeal, therefore, the same may be permitted to be withdrawn and the statutory deposit may be ordered to be refunded. In view of the award having been complied with and vide separate order of even date, the appeal filed for enhancement, having been dismissed, the statutory amount deposited by the appellant is ordered to be refunded, as per rules.
