***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Mr. A.K.Kaushik, Advocate, has made appearance on behalf of respondent and filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent had already made a statement before learned Trial Court, thereby expressing his desire to withdraw the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act. However, on account of stay granted by this Court, no effective order was passed by the court concerned. Copy of order dated 13.09.2024 has been supplied today, which is taken on record.
Counsel for the respondent also gives an undertaking that on the next date of hearing i.e. 31.05.2025, the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act. Sonu 2025.05.14 08:50 I agree to specified portions of this document P&HHC
In view of the undertaking so given by the counsel for the respondent, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
