Mr. Naveen Batra, Advocate for the petitioner(s) Mr. Yatin Bunger, AAG Punjab SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS (corresponding Sec. 439 Cr.PC) for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.109 dated 16.05.2025 U/S 143, 318 (4), 61 (2) of BNS 2023 (corresponding Sec. 143, 420, 120-B IPC) and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014(249, 253 of BNS 2023 added later) and Section 140(2) of BNS (corresponding Sec. 364 A IPC) section Police Station: Model Town, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab (Annexure P-1), in the interest of justice. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the Court below for seeking bail under the newly added Section 140(2) of BNS, 2023. Prayer is accepted.
