Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) The present petition is for quashing transfer order dated 26.09.2018 (P-3) whereby the petitioner has been transferred to Panchkula. On notice of the petition, a written statement has been filed and in para No. 8 of the written statement, the details of transfer of the petitioner on his own request has been mentioned. A bare perusal of the above transfer of the petitioner to various stations that petitioner is getting the station of his own choice before passing of impugned transfer order. Even if there is no complaint against the petitioner, he can be transferred to any station, on administrative grounds.

In view of the discussion made above, the present petition is dismissed being devoid of any merit.
