**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has challenged the order dated 17.02.2020 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana vide which an amount of Rs.15,000/- per month has been awarded to the respondent which is inclusive of an amount of Rs.7000/- per month to the respondent and Rs.4000/- per month each to the children. The amount has been ordered to be paid from the date of filing of application till decision of the petition. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana has taken realistic approach of the case by assessing the amount of maintenance in favour of respondent as well as in favour of minor children. The amount of maintenance is only to prevent destitution and vagrancies of the wife and children and the amount cannot be said to be on higher side.
