The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for 3rd ACP. 2.

Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner has not been considered for 3rd ACP without any justification with regard to which a representation dated 20.03.2024, Annexure P-7, has been submitted however the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction is given be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 20.03.2024, Annexure P-7 expeditiously, in accordance with law.
