1. The petitioners who had acquired diploma from Singhania University, Pacheri Bari, District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, seek issuance of directions to respondents for registering them with respondent No.1-Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana.

2. It is contended that although application supported by requisite documents had been submitted to respondent No.1 but no action has been taken thereupon. The petitioners subsequently also submitted representation dated dated 12.3.2023 (Annexure P-1) but to no avail.

3. Notice of motion.

4. At this stage, Mr. Samarth Sagar, Addl. AG, Haryana, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1 and accepts notice. Mr. S.K.Sharma, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2. MOHAN SINGH 2023.08.21 17:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, but without commenting anything as regards the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1-Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana to consider the representation dated dated 12.3.2023 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law and to pass an appropriate order at the earliest.

6. A copy of this order along with copy of representation dated dated 12.3.2023 (Annexure P-1) be sent to respondent No.1-Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana, for necessary compliance.
