Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the financial benefits of father of the petitioner to the extent of 1/4th share.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that father of the petitioner died on 25.02.2009 during his service but till date his financial benefits to the extent of 1/4th share have not been released to her and for that purpose, she has already got issued legal notice (Annexure P5), but still no action has been taken.
