The present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter dated 25.05.2026 (Annexure P-10) seeking extension of the bid validity of e-tender for creation of good capacities under Phase-II of PEG Scheme of FCI, with a further prayer to restrain the official respondents to scrap/cancel the said Notice Inviting Tender dated 06.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) and to direct the

CWP-18888-2026 (O&M) -2official respondents to decide the representation dated 26.05.2026 (Annexure P-11).

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that vide Annexure P-9 dated 08.05.2026, a Coordinate Bench of this Court had disposed of the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner with a direction to respondent No.1-The Punjab State Warehousing Corporation to take a final decision on the petitioner's representation within a period of two weeks after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the said decision was to be sent to respondent No.3-State Level Committee, which is the final deciding authority and respondent No.3 was further directed to finally decide the matter within two weeks thereafter by passing a reasoned order after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 3.

At this stage, Mr. Manbir Singh Batth, Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent No.1-The Punjab State Warehousing Corporation and Mr. Pranav Chadha, Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent No.3 and has filed his power of attorney which is taken on record. 4.

Mr. Manbir Singh Batth, Advocate has submitted that he has instructions to state that in pursuance of the aforesaid order dated 08.05.2026 (Annexue P-9), an order has already been passed by respondent No.1-The Punjab State Warehousing Corporation on 15.06.2026. He further submitted that the aforesaid order shall be conveyed to respondent No.3 within a period of three days.

Mr. Pranav Chadha, Advocate has submitted that in terms of the order (Annexure P-9) upon receipt of the aforesaid order from respondent No.1-The Punjab State Warehousing Corporation, the same will be put up before State Level Committee within a period of two weeks and

CWP-18888-2026 (O&M) -3thereafter, State Level Committee will consider the matter and pass an order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two weeks in terms of the order (Annexure P-9). 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the statements made by learned counsels for respondent Nos.1 and 3, the present petition may be disposed of.
