(Oral) The instant writ petition is filed against an interlocutory order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench whereby ad-interim stay for the petitioner's continuation in service as Inspector in Chandigarh Police now beyond the age of 59 years, has been declined. Since the matter is still pending consideration before the Tribunal, we are of the considered view that no case to interfere with the order not allowing the petitioner to continue in service is made out. In case the petitioner succeeds in the Original Application, it is obvious that the Tribunal shall be at liberty to grant consequential benefits.
