By way of the present petition, a prayer has been made for setting aside the order dated 18.07.2024 (Annexure P-10) passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Karnal, whereby the application for revival of the appeal preferred at the instance of the petitioners has been rejected.

The only grouse of the petitioners at this stage is that the respondent-defendant is not abiding by the terms of the settlement dated 07.06.2024, which was entered into between the parties before the learned First Appellate Court.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have perused the paper-book.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the respondents' fail to comply with or abide by the aforesaid terms of the settlement, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach the competent Court for seeking enforcement of the same in accordance with law. 5.
