Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 23.08.2022 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Family Court, whereby application filed by the petitioner for advancing the hearing of application under Sections 7, 10, 12, & 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, for interim custody of minor till pendency of petition, was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to inform the Court as to whether the respondent(s) has been served or not. The application is already fixed before the Family Court on 11.11.2022 for consideration.

No ground to interfere is made.
