Heard.

Vide order dated 15.12.2020, the parties were directed to appear before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for getting their statements recorded with regard to the compromise. A report dated 07.01.2021 of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panchkula has been received. As per the report, the parties had appeared before learned CJM, Panchkula and got recorded their statements regarding compromise. Learned Magistrate has stated that he is of the considered view that the compromise between the parties is valid, genuine, voluntary and without any coercion or undue influence.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. FIR No.0141 dated 28.02.2018 under Sections 383,420,506,120-B IPC (Sections 342,384,386,467,468 & 471 IPC added later on) registered at P.S Sector 5, MANOJ KUMAR 2021.01.25 18:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
