RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.72, dated 12.04.2022, under Sections 307, 323, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 302, 212, 201 IPC added lateron), registered at Police Station City Kotkapura, District Faridkot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted and hence the same may be dismissed as such.

Allowed as prayed for.
