AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to grant the benefit of annual increment after one year of the petitioners' initial appointment for fixation of notional pay and to release the consequential arrears w.e.f. 01.04.2013 including the arrears of overtime allowance.

On asking of Court, Mr. R.K.Doon, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

Mr.R.N.Lohan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that petitioners, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide legal notices dated 06.05.2019 and 03.06.2019 (Annexures P-24 and P-25) respectively, within some specified time.

CWP No.22943 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notices dated 06.05.2019 and 03.06.2019 (Annexures P-24 and P-25) respectively by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioners.
