RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court impugning the order dated 19.07.2023, passed by Site Canal Officer, Ferozepur Canal Circle, Ferozepur, vide which appeal filed by the respondents against the order dated 27.03.2023 passed by Sub Divisional Canal Officer, Fazilka, was allowed.
This Court vide order dated 18.08.2023 referred the parties to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court to settle the dispute amicably. Report of the Mediator is also placed on record. It has been submitted by counsel for both the parties that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute before the Mediator. Report submitted by the Mediator also affirms the same. In view of the statement made by counsel for the parties and the report of the Mediator, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the MEENU 2023.08.24 15:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
CWP-17044-2023 -2settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. In view of the compromise effected between the parties, the impugned order dated 19.07.2023 is set aside. However, parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the compromise/settlement signed by them before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
