(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of appropriate order or direction to respondents No. 2 to 4 to initiate appropriate legal action against respondent No.5; or directions be issued to respondents No. 2 and 3 to decide representations dated 27.09.2020 (Annexures P-2 and P-3). Learned counsel for the State, while referring to para 9 of the reply dated 15.01.2021 filed by way of an affidavit of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central, Amritsar City on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4, submits that complaint/applications filed by the petitioner have been considered and the same have been consigned to record as allegations leveled therein were not proved.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to pursue alternate remedy in accordance with law as per Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. and others 2008(1) R.C.R.(Criminal) 392.
