Mr. Manish Joshi, Advocate for respondents No.4 & 5. **** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for respondents No.4 and 5 has placed on record certificate dated 04.07.2022 issued by Divisional Engineer, Lining Division No.3, PWRMDC, Malout to show that balance payment of work done of water courses has been paid to the petitioner-Society vide cheque No.0022 dated 06.08.2020 and no balance is left to be paid by the Authority. The aforesaid factual position has been admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid position, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
