Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to re-fix the pay of petitioner in accordance with the pay grated to his junior, who was at serial No.1252, whereas he was at serial No. 1250 of the seniority list.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for that purpose, petitioner has made representation dated 11.04.2013 (Annexure P5), but no action has been taken thereon till date. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Rukhsar Dhindsa, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to her during the course of the day.
