Dated Police Station Sections 14.06.2017 Sandaur, District Malerkotla 420 IPC Seeking quashing of impugned order dated 15.03.2021 (Annexure P-2) passed by the trial Court vide which the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed person in FIR captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C., 1973.

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner in the present case has been acquitted.

Counsel appearing for the private respondent states on instructions that there is no objection if the FIR and all consequent proceedings mentioned in this petition are quashed.

Given above, as per the State's instructions as the accused in the main case already stands acquitted, there would be no justification to continue related proclamation proceedings qua the petitioner.

Consequently, the present petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 15.03.2021 (Annexure P-2) is quashed and set aside.
