Keeping in view the order dated 06.02.2023, the provisional result of the petitioner has been brought in Court in sealed envelope. 2.

On asking of the Court, learned State counsel has opened the sealed envelope. He submits that the last candidate selected in the category in which the petitioner had competed has secured 173 marks, whereas, the petitioner has not been able to secure the same marks so as to become eligible for the selection.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 4.
