**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of order dated 15.04.2024 (Annexure P-2) in CHI139 of 2019 titled as State of Punjab vs. Mahinder Kaur etc. arising out from FIR No.67 dated 15.11.2018, registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC registered at PS City Morinda District Ropar and further seeking quashing of order dated 11.06.2024 (Annexure P-3) whereby application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. was dismissed. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case.

Allowed as prayed for.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
