*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Pursuant to order dated 27.10.2021, Mr. Satyaprakash, Labour Commissioner, Haryana-Respondent No.2 is present in person. He states that he will have a fresh look at the entire matter on the administrative side. The order assailed herein was since passed by the earlier incumbent and he has succeeded him and taken charge today itself. On an assurance given by the learned Labour Commissioner, no further proceedings are required.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Labour Commissioner to pass fresh orders qua petitioner as well as respondent No.4. Till passing of fresh orders, status quo qua posting of the petitioner shall be maintained.
