This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to conduct inquiry into the application No. 1275-PC4/24 dated 19.07.2024 (Annexure P-6) from some Senior Police Official not below the rank of Inspector General of Police of different Division and further to take action on the representation dated 26.07.2024 (Annexure P-8). 2.

Mr. Amandeep Singh, Advocate for Mr. A.S. Brar, Advocate puts in appearance by filing memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No.5. 3.

At the very outset learned State counsel submits that an FIR No. 85 dated 30.07.2024, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals Act, 2014 has been registered against the petitioner at Police Station Badhni Kalan, District Moga. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawl of the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
