IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CWP-7658-2016 (O&M) Decided on : 18.12.2023 Vinod Kumar Malik And Ors . . .Petitioners
Versus
State of Haryana and others . . . Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI PRESENT: Mr. Sunil Kumar Bhardwaj, Advocate for petitioner No. 1. Mr. Mazlish Khan, Advocate for petitioner No. 2 & 3. Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, DAG, Haryana.
**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (Oral) In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioners is that they are entitled for the benefit of regularization of their services keeping in view the regularization policy dated 18.06.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly concedes the fact that the said policy dated 18.06.2014 has already been set-aside by the Divison Bench of this Court while passing order in CWP No.17206 of 2014 titled as Yogesh Tyagi and others v. State of Haryana and others, decided on 31.05.2018, but the said judgment is pending consideration before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as of now as the RIYA 2023.12.18 17:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-7658-2016 (O&M) 2023:PHHC:162402 policy dated 18.06.2014 has already been set-aside in Yogesh Tyagi' s case (supra), the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to revive the present petition, in case any right exists with the petitioners to claim for the benefits of regularization of their services after the decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
Ordered accordingly.
