(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for releasing the detenue i.e. Harpreet Kaur, wife of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the private respondents submits that Harpreet Kaur is now residing with the petitioner/husband i.e. Arshdeep Singh and the present petition may be rendered infructuous. The abovesaid fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
