AJAY TEWARI , J. (Oral) CM-16355-2021 This is an application for placing on record documents dated 12.05.2021 as Annexure P-44 and dated 12.05.2021 as Annexure P-45, with the accompanying petition.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Annexure P-44 dated 12.05.2021 and Annexure P-45 dated 12.05.2021 are ordered to be taken on record. CWP-21493-2021 1.

This petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondents to grant proportionate reduction in the bid amount of tender in accordance with Part H of Detailed Notice for Inviting Tender (DNIT) dated 05.03.2021 (Annexures P-3 and P-4).

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in this regard, the petitioner has already sent representations (Annexures P-36 to P-40) to the respondents and that he would be satisfied at this stage if in the first instance a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing a speaking order thereon within a reasonable time. 6.

Mr. Mrigank Sharma, Advocate, states that he has no objection if this course of action is followed.

Resultantly, the respondents are directed to decide the representations (Annexures P-36 to P-40) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order thereon within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

This petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 9.

Since the main case has been decided, the pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
